Josh and Health
Joshua Block has had many health incidents due to his Alcoholism and transient lifestyle.
Pancreatitis
On February 21, 2025, Josh was admitted to the hospital for Pancreatitis after an altercation at the American Dream Mall. Upon being discharged from the hospital, Josh appeared to be heavily sedated and complaining of stomach pain. He admitted to being given benzodiazepines however it is unclear whether these were administered to sedate him or to prevent alcohol withdrawals. Days later, Josh claimed that the incident was food poisoning from eating dog in Japan. Following this incident, Josh often complains of stomach pain, however he continues to blame it on food poisoning.
Neuropathy
Josh often complains of a pain and tingling sensation in his hands, consistent with the symptoms of Alcoholic Neuropathy. As a result, he is known to carry and regularly apply pain relief ointments.
Gum Disease
Over time, Josh has developed severe gum disease from a lack of brushing his teeth, and from daily use of zyns, which are known to cause damage to gums. Notably, on a stream where Mr. Based made him brush his teeth, Josh was seen spitting large amounts of blood.
Monkey Pox

In 2024, Josh was brought to a hospital by Mr. Based due to a severe rash, nicknamed "The Scarlet Rot" by fans. While in the hospital, Josh was mistakenly diagnosed with Monkey Pox.
