Jason Itzler (Mr. Based) is an American businessman, attorney, YouTuber, and New Yorker. Jason has spent time in prison for money laundering, drug charges, and prostitution. He currently has warrants in a variety of states.

Jason has had a variety of sex businesses in the Phone Sex, Webcam Sex, and Prostitution industries. He claims that his client list has included high-profile celebrities.

In 2010, Jason Itzler shared an apartment with Zoltan Prepszent. While sharing the apartment, university-aged Julia Sumnicht died of a GHB overdose in the apartment. No charges have been layed and onus of responsability as well as what happened to Julia is widely speculative.

Jason's current project is Josh Block. Jason has set Josh up the streaming platform Parti, and has been streaming with Josh since mid-2024. In this time, Jason has filmed Josh extremely intoxicated, during mental health crisis's, and general at the lowest points of his life. Before streaming with Josh, Jason's content consisted of sun gazing as well as filming IRL (in real life content).

Early Life

Jason Lubell Itzler was born February 23, 1967 as Jason Lubell Sylk and is the only son of Ronnie Lubell and Leonard Allen Sylk. Following his parents’ divorce, Itzler moved to New York with his mother. Jason's mother remarried Ron Itzler, a lawyer in the firm of Fischbein, Badillo, Wagner, and Itzler, and so the family moved to the suburbs in New Jersey. Jason attended a number of private schools, including the Elisabeth Morrow School, the Dwight-Englewood School, the Hotchkiss School, and Tenafly High School. Jason spent many of his evenings at the New York Friars Club, and summers in the Catskills, where he worked as a cabana boy at the Concord Hotel. Jason graduated from The George Washington University with degrees in political science and art history.

Business and Criminal Activities

While in law school, he started a phone sex operation called M2 Communications, Inc., where he would charge $4.98-a-minute, and soon become a young millionaire.
