Josh's Hygiene

Josh is notorious for his poor hygiene, as a result of his autism, alchoholism, and lack of a home. He is known to pick his nose, ears, and rear end, not change his clothes for weeks on end, avoid showering, sleep on public transport, and eat/drink/touch filthy items. Many videos have captured Josh walking through the streets covered in his own bodily fluids, which he appears to be indifferent towards. Josh regularly gets tattoos that he does not take care of, running the risk of infection. Notably in late 2024, Josh's hygiene became so bad that he broke out in a severe rash and was mistakenly diagnosed with monkey pox.
